Dear Colleagues and friends

It is a great pleasure and honor to serve as the 1st President of Asian Network of Dental Materials Societies (ANDeMS). ANDeMS was established in 2023 to enhance dental materials research and international activities among academic societies/organizations related to dental materials science in the Asian geographic region, and thereby to contribute to the oral health promotion in Asia.
Nowadays, international collaboration, cooperation, and cocreation are extremely important to empower and develop the academic societies at worldwide level. Therefore, the roles of ANDeMS are to strengthen relationships among the researchers, to encourage young/early career researchers and students, and to promote research networking in the member societies/groups. We also aim to connect with various international organizations in dental field to broaden and expand our activities.
It is my sincere hope that ANDeMS will serve as a meaningful and powerful platform for all members to share mutual experiences and to gain valuable knowledge insights to further enhance the expertise.
